This atmospheric asparagus farm is located in Diffelen in the beautiful Vechtdal. Asparagus has been grown and cultivated here since 1986. Working on an asparagus farm takes a lot of work, as almost everything has to be done by hand. Harvesting of the asparagus starts in April and ends on June 24. During this period you can go here for fresh asparagus. The farm employees can help you with all the necessary information and advice. In the farm shop you can also buy fresh products and typical local products. Think of Vechtdal ham, free-range eggs, savory asparagus cakes, homemade strawberry jam, asparagus beer and honey from Diffelen. It is possible to take a guided tour of the asparagus beds and strawberry racks and cooking workshops are also given in the cooking studio at the farm.
