We have been keeping dairy cattle here in the old hamlet of Westeinde from generation to generation. The best farm cheese is still made from the delicious milk our cows produce. Such as the so-called crumbly cheeses for example. Because the curds enter the cheese molds separately, small holes are created that give these cheeses the characteristic taste during the ripening process. So good!
