We make cheese the traditional way and we are proud of that! This is much more laborious, but it benefits the taste. With us, everything is determined by human actions, nothing is computer controlled. The cheese even gets its final shape in wooden barrels and is lifted into them from the cheese tub with linen cloths. Because these barrels keep the fresh cheese warm for longer, they create a unique flavor. Discover it for yourself!
