Experience tour of Park Berkenrhode

This cycling route starts at Berkenrhode Park. First, you'll cycle to the Wekeromse Zand, where you'll find actively drifting sand. It's a historic area: at the Vijfsprong, which you'll pass, you'll see P02 - Celtic Fields, reconstructions of ancient fields measuring 40 by 40 meters. You'll also find a replica farm and storehouse from the Iron Age. A viewing platform offers a beautiful view of the entire complex. Then, you'll cycle straight through the forests for which the Veluwe is famous. In the middle of the forest, you'll discover the Mosselse Veld: an open area of grass and heathland at the foot of the Valenberg. A little further on, you'll pass through the hamlet of Mossel and the beautiful Planken Wambuis nature reserve. Stop for a drink on a terrace in Otterlo before cycling back!
