Description
From the Hancate intersection in Hellendoorn you will travel along the River Regge straight through the Salland landscape towards the Overijsselse Vecht near Ommen and past the village of Ommen itself. Cycle through forests, past heathland and fields where you will cross several beautiful bridges through nature.
The cycle route passes several catering establishments where you can relax and enjoy all that beauty. The route includes many extras such as the Besthmenerberg lookout tower, the Steile Oever lookout point and Eerde Castle.
