Enjoy the nature between Ommen and Den Ham

South of Ommen, a varied route through nature awaits you. There is also no shortage of cultural history. Soon after boarding, you will pass Het Laer Estate. The current building in classicist style dates from 1742. Further on, on the banks of the Vecht, you will see the Konijnenbelt, a flour mill from 1806. Further on you cycle through the extensive forest area bordering the Besthmenerberg. From junction 88 you drive through the Earlier Achterbroek, a nature reserve that was once part of the Eerde Castle estate. Here you can taste the peace and beauty of a distant past. You cross the Regge, after which you drive from Giethmen along an old church path towards Ommen. The route ends with something tasty at't Laarbos Pannenkoeken & Meer.
