Heusden is a beautiful old town to wander through. From the polder you have a good view of the star-shaped walls of the fortified town!

Via Herpt you walk in the direction of Hedikhuizen, where you branch off to the Maas. This is how you walk back to Heusden. Just before you return to the starting point, you walk past Museum De Droomspiegel, housed in a beautiful monumental building. If you want to admire the works of art by Jan Jacob Henneman, please make an appointment in advance. In Heusden, take some time to admire the many centuries-old buildings and wander past the shops and restaurants at your leisure!
