Cycling happiness in Sint Odilienberg and Montfort

Around Sint Odilienberg and Montfort, cycling through beautiful nature reserves and old church villages is a wonderful experience. In this region, the residents have designated several "happiness spots": places they love to be. Several of these spots are included in this route, such as the Munnichsbos with its stately old beech trees. These trees form a cathedral, so to speak, which is why you'll pass Happiness Spot 4. Shortly after, via the Annendaalsbos, you'll arrive at the charming terrace of Cafe 't Hingen. Time for coffee and pie before cycling to Montfort and the castle ruins. This castle, originally built in the 13th century, was commissioned by Henry III of Guelders. You'll cycle to Linne via the Reigersbroek. Finally, you'll pass the basilica on the edge of Sint Odilienberg.
