Cycling through Groenlo and the surrounding area

From Boerderijcamping'n Ibink you can drive straight into nature. This route takes you many kilometers along quiet paths, so you can fully enjoy the beautiful landscape. You drive past fields, flowery fields and streams. From junction 97 you cycle along the Slinge. After a while you cycle into the former fortified town of Groenlo. Although most of the fortifications have been demolished, you can still see the Mussenberg Stronghold (also called the Northern Bastion). There are a number of sights in the center, such as the Old Calixtus Church, which was built between 1275 and 1520. Around junction 26 you drive along the Baakse Beek with its beautiful reed collars. This watercourse originates in the Korenburgerveen and flows into the IJssel. At'n Ibink you can buy something tasty in the farm shop.
