Cycling across the Veluwe is never boring

On the Veluwe you cycle uninterruptedly for many kilometers through the forests. You will soon reach the vast Hoog Buurlose Heide. With a bit of luck, the flock of sheep that graze this area will be close to the path. Sometimes it takes a bit of pedaling to conquer the rolling landscape. But when you zoom back down and disappear under a roof of needles and leaves, you can keep your legs still for a moment to enjoy the silence. You cycle through the Deelerwoud, where you have a good chance of spotting a fallow deer or red deer. You drive along the edge of the Hoge Veluwe National Park to Otterlo. Further on you pass the Lana Mariana, a flour mill from 1739.
