Cycling through Zaltbommel, Rossum and Lith

At Eetcafé Aan de Maas you can enjoy a delicious meal, after which you get on the saddle full of energy. You drive on car-free roads through the Bommelerwaard, a region full of peace and nature. After a while you cycle through Zaltbommel. The route also takes you through the historic heart of this town, where you will see some beautiful monumental buildings. You drive over the Waaldijk towards Rossum. Here you will see beautiful old farms and a dike warehouse from 1859. Further on you will pass Rossum Castle, the current country house dates from the mid-nineteenth century. After a snack and drink at Bistro In Petto, you drive over the Sint-Andriessluis onto the narrow strip of land that separates the Maas and Waal. Via Lith and over the Maasdijk you drive back to Alem.
