E-bike village route Sallandse Heuvelrug

Your route starts at Gasterij Het Middenplein. Here you drive through a mosaic of streams, forests, meadows and arable lands. In picturesque villages such as Luttenberg and Raalte you will see monumental churches and Saxon farms. In Luttenberg there is a Marian grotto that was built in 1915. Salland is not a flat region. It slopes slightly here, which makes the scenic landscape extra lovely. Sometimes you have to climb a bit, such as in the quiet forests near the Hellendoornse Berg.
