Description
First you cycle through the picturesque Thorn. This town has a historic centre with white houses and many authentic buildings. You cross the border with Belgium, after a few beautiful kilometres you come through Maaseik with its beautiful historic Market. Back in the Netherlands you cycle over the Island in the Maas. You come here through Ohé en Laak, further on you pass the Hompesche Molen. In Stevensweert you experience the atmosphere of times gone by. Here you visit the Streekmuseum Stevensweert/Ohé en Laak to learn more about this region. In Maasbracht you pass the Maas- en scheepsmuseum. In the picturesque Wessem you are welcome at Gasterie De Knip.
