Tour of Vecht and Regge: Dalfsen and Ommen

In the heart of the Vechtdal you will find the old Hanseatic city of Ommen, the starting point of the route. Your tour first takes you to the Regge. Get off at Bergzicht Camping and Chalet Park! At Hoornhorst you can take a look at the Fakkert Mill. This octagonal tower mill was built in 1862. Then you cycle to Dalfsen, a beautiful village on the banks of the Vecht with a rich history and beautiful nature. At junction 8, visit the De Stokte lookout tower, a 20-metre high lookout tower with a beautiful view over the Vechtdal. At the end of the route you will arrive back in Ommen. The estates in this area are also beautiful, so just before your destination you pass Landgoed Het Laer, a little outside of Ommen.
