Description
Welcome to the'Mills & Pancakes\\\' route
This route of almost 50 km takes you past our beautiful meadows, but you also pass several windmills. The nice thing is that you can collect ingredients along the way to get started with these fresh products at home (possibly bring a cooler bag)

In the region there are many roadside stalls where you can buy products that are made / grown there.
To make pancakes later you will need at least the following ingredients:
- Flower ; Mill in Cadzand or Schoondijke / Bakery Lurgans in Cadzand
- Eggs ; Dhont, sales stall Catsweg, Groede- Milk; Heerenhoeve, Oostburg
- Apples; sales stall at the windmill of Retranchement
In the photos you can find crops that you can encounter along the way, such as wheat and sugar beets. But also photos of different cows and sheep breeds.

All these mills have the function of grinding grain, so actual flour mills.
Tip for the road:
Take plenty of time for this route, because visits to the windmills or a chat with the farmer, a terrace on the way for a drink and something delicious will make your day out complete!
