City walk Brielle

Your route starts at De Hoofdwacht, a historic spot in the historic center of Brielle (also called Den Briel). The largely seventeenth-century fortress of Brielle is one of the best preserved defense works in the Netherlands. Brielle was taken from the Spanish by the Beggars on April 1, 1572.
