Tour of Deventer and IJsselvallei

In the countryside you drive through the IJsselvallei with its vast polders. From your starting point you immediately drive through the old farmland of the Wilpse Klei. A quiet floodplain landscape where you can still see old farms on mounds. Further on you drive through the woods at the Bussloo recreation area. The lake was created as a sand excavation during the construction of the A1. Just before Apeldoorn you drive through Het Woudhuis. This seventeenth-century estate has remained well intact. You drive back to Deventer via Twello, De Parckeler, Terwolde and Landgoed Matanze.
