Tour of Dordrecht, Biesbosch and Werkendam

This cycling route offers a lot of variety. From city to nature and from ferry to visitor center, there is a lot to experience today! You start on the Island of Dordrecht. Here you drive along waterways and through Dordrecht, a historic city with several monumental buildings and beautiful city parks. The Biesbosch is one of the few freshwater areas in the world where there is an ebb and flow. From the dike you have beautiful views over the many waters and meadows. If you're lucky, you may even catch a glimpse of the osprey and white-tailed eagle that occasionally come to hunt here. Stop off at SIS Lunch Boutique in the lovely fortified town of Werkendam!
