Walk around Oldemarkt

It is nice to walk in and around Oldemarkt. First you walk along a tree-lined path into the countryside. Here you have nice views over the agricultural lands. You walk along a quiet road to a small-scale forest plot. There is a climbing forest here with a number of courses. You walk back to Oldemarkt along fields and meadows. Here you walk through the picturesque Hoofdstraat. Thanks to the many old buildings you will find a nice atmosphere here. You can also admire two churches here. On the Market Square is the Reformed Church, which originally dates from the fifteenth century. Further on you pass the Sint Willibrordus Church from 1883. The route ends at Landwinkel and Camping Waterbuffelfarm, an ideal overnight address to discover nature in the Kop van Overijssel.
