From Bergharen to Brabant

From the Land van Maas en Waal you drive through a rural area to Wijchen. In the Nederasseltse floodplains you will pass the Kroonwerk Coehoorn. You can still discover the contours of the bastion from 1700 in the bushes in the field! You cross the Rainbow Bridge of Grave, on the other side of the Maas you pass two listening points of the Liberation Route. Further on you drive through Keent: a rugged nature reserve around an old Maas arm. In picturesque Ravenstein you can take a break at Stadsherberg de Keurvorst. Further on you will pass Hotel Restaurant Zalen Hoogeerd on the Maas. You drive along the edge of the Leurse Bos to the charming village center of Hernen. The route ends at Hill's. Time for something tasty.
