Cycling route Baarle-Nassau and Bavel

You start this route with a loop through Baarle-Nassau and Baarle-Hertog. A unique village, because the border between Belgium and the Netherlands crisscrosses the streets and even houses here. Can't remember which country you're in? Look at the flags on the house numbers! Quiet lanes lead you through the Chaam countryside to the Strijbeekse Heide. In Ulvenhout, you'll pass the St. Laurentius Church from 1904, among other buildings. Via the Wolfslaar estate, you'll continue to Bavel. Here, it's time for a drink on a terrace at Korenmolen | De Hoop, after which you'll cross three adjacent nature reserves: Sint-Annabosch, the stately old Princenbosch, and the damp Chaamse Bossen. At junction 30, you'll join the Bels Lijntje: a cycle path built on the former railway line between Tilburg and Turnhout.
