Tour of the West Frisian polder around Schagen

Your cycling route starts at Strand49.nl Camping and Glamping. The route takes you in the direction of the Amstelmeer and the other side of West Friesland. You can soon take a look at the De Groenvelder mill, a thatched polder mill from 1572. A little further on you cycle past the De Ster mill from 1907, just outside Barsingerhorn. A large part of Barsingerhorn enjoys a protected village view. The old town hall in this village dates from 1622. In Wieringerwaard you will find sights such as the White Church from 1865. The Polder House from 1612 was the first house built in the village. In Schagen there are two national monuments on the Markt: at number 2 you will find a building from the 18th century and at number 3 is a house from 1692.
