This year in May it will be 70 years ago that the whole of the Netherlands was liberated. On May 4, we will all remember the victims of the Second World War. With this route you cycle through a beautiful landscape with an eventful history. You will pass various memorial monuments, war cemeteries and the so-called listening spots. At every listening point you can listen to a radio play in which eyewitnesses, such as civilians, Allies and German soldiers, tell about the impressive experiences from the period 1944-1945.

In the museum you can experience the run-up to the war, experience the occupation period, celebrate the liberation and see the reconstruction of the Netherlands and Europe.
