Description

This tour is a wonderful journey of discovery through the city of Groningen, starting from the Stadspark. From the green lung of Groningen you get to know the most beautiful places of this historic city. Time to hit the road! As the capital of the province of the same name, Groningen is by far the largest city in the northern Netherlands. And the cosiest! It is a real student city, rich in picturesque courtyards, picturesque courtyards and modern architecture. This route takes you past almost all the highlights of the city. On the Grote Markt you will find the landmark that stands head and shoulders above the rest: the beautiful Martinitoren. From the tower you have a beautiful view. Climb the tower and experience it for yourself! Along the way you will pass numerous museums to interrupt the route. But Groningen is of course also known for its nice places to have a drink.
