Switch back in Twente

The route starts in Mander. The surroundings are wonderfully beautiful. The characteristic Twente farms with their facade signs decorate the vast farmlands. The area is approximately 355 hectares. After a few kilometers you arrive near Ootmarsum. In the historic art town of Ootmarsum itself there are various sights, museums, galleries and shops. In Mander you will encounter two beautiful watermills during your tour; Bels Watermill and Frans Watermill, this mill runs once a month by volunteers and activities are often organized here. Both mills are located in a beautiful nature reserve and are definitely worth a visit.
