Description
Via the Houtse Meer you cycle towards the Vrachelse Heide. This former heathland and shifting sand area is now largely planted with Scots pine. A wonderfully quiet area to cycle through! Then you cycle on to Oosterhout, where you pass De Heilige Driehoek: three monasteries are located together here. They are surrounded by gardens, farmlands and monumental farms. It's like going back in time a hundred years. You cycle through the meadows towards Dongen, and then return to Den Hout via Teteringen.
