Tour of Brabantse Kempen

From Camping De Couwenberg you can take a nice tour through the Brabantse Kempen. The ancient villages known as the Eight Beatitudes are beautiful villages surrounded by extensive forests, stream valleys and heathlands. Get off at listening point L103: Thanks to the underground. Allied paratroopers and crew members went into hiding at this location. You also cycle through the more than 2,000 hectares of wooded nature reserve De Kempen. You cycle straight through nature to De Grote and Kleine Cirkel on the Peelsche Heide near Reusel. In the 1930s, the street plan of the Champs Elysees and the Place de la Concorde was created in a part of the heath. The circles were nice landmarks for pilots in World War II. You cycle back to your starting point via Hulsel and Netersel.
