Cycling across the Utrechtse Heuvelrug and through Leusden

The Utrechtse Heuvelrug is a true cycling paradise. Here you can optimally enjoy the variation between old coniferous and deciduous forests and heathlands. Further on you will come across several estates, such as Parc Broekhuizen. You cycle through the forests and heathland of the Leersumse Veld. A little later you will encounter a completely different landscape: that of the Gelderse Vallei with its vast meadows. Along the Valleikanaal you will find a unique part of Dutch cultural history: the Grebbelinie. Via Leusden you cycle back onto the Utrechtse Heuvelrug. Here you will pass the old Den Treek estate and the Witte Huis van Austerlitz, a former forester's house. You cycle through the forests to Woudschoten Hotel & Conference Centre.
