The beautiful hinterland of Zwolle

This route takes you through the hinterland of Zwolle: a region rich in nature and estates. The route starts and ends at Restaurant Zalen De Mol. You can go to the cozy monumental building for coffee, lunch or dinner. After a few kilometers you will arrive at Landgoed Colckhof. Cycling along the woods of the Rechterenseveld you will see vast meadows on the right. How wonderfully quiet it is to make kilometers in this beautiful area! Picturesque Vilsteren enjoys a protected village view. You will see many beautiful old houses and farms. The Vilsterse Molen is a beautiful flour mill from 1901. Time also seems to have stood still in Hessum and Rechteren. Just below Dalfsen you pass Huize Den Berg, a manor from 1705.
