Description
Cycling along the Limburg Maas is an experience. This route takes you from Linne along the Maasplassen and to a number of beautiful villages in Central Limburg. You get on your bike towards Sint Odilienberg and then cycle past Montfoort Castle. Then you cycle to the two special villages of Stevensweert - where you can recognize former fortifications in the street pattern - and Ohe & Laak. These are located on the former Island in the Maas, a water-rich area. You pass Hasselholt Castle, also called Het Geudje. Via Maasbracht you cycle back to Linne.
