Around Stiphout you will find everything for a successful cycling day. Varied nature reserves, charming villages and sights such as castles and churches.
Croy Castle
You start this beautiful route at Herberg de Brabantse Kluis. A nice place to enjoy culinary delights. Then you cycle around Grotel through the Biezen and Milschot, a varied nature reserve. Here you will find a lush moist deciduous forest, conifers and flower-rich grasslands. Just past Aarle-Rixtel you pass through Croy, a hamlet where you can admire old farms and an imposing castle from the fifteenth century.
Stiphout Forests
You drive to Stiphout via Stadspark De Warande. In the vast Stiphoutse Bossen you will experience a refreshing silence between the coniferous and deciduous trees. In Gerwen you can admire the fifteenth-century St. Clemens Church, then travel a few kilometers along the leafy Wilhelmina Canal. Eijckenlust Castle originally dates from 1658, the facade dates from 1812.
