Description
It is nice to continue cycling in the wide polder land. You will have no trouble switching back here. In picturesque Grou you can admire the medieval St. Peter's Church. There are also some beautiful old buildings in cozy Akkrum, such as the Terptsjerke from 1759. You cycle on low-traffic roads to Sneek, one of the Frisian Eleven Cities. Thanks to the many beautiful old buildings, you will find a special atmosphere here! In the village of IJsbrechtum you will pass the Epemastate, a stins from 1625. During the tour you will pass Café Dorpshuis Boazumer Mjitte, where you can enjoy a delicious snack and drink before continuing the route.
