Tour Huis Doorn and Cape Forests

Your walking route starts with a cup of coffee or tasty juice at SPOTT Eten & Drinken in Doorn. From here you can walk straight into the Cape Forests. Here you will see traces from a distant past, such as burial mounds and old border walls. From the De Kaap Lookout Tower you can enjoy a beautiful view over the extensive forests and river valleys that border the Utrechtse Heuvelrug. You walk back towards Doorn to discover another highlight of the village: Museum Huis Doorn. After a walk through the park, walk into the museum. Here you will find an exhibition about the significance of the First World War for the neutral Netherlands.
