Uitkijktoren De Kaap

Lookout tower De Kaap is located on the Doornse Kaap in the middle of the Kaapse Bossen on the Utrechtse Heuvelrug. Climb this tower and enjoy a beautiful view of the Amerongse Berg in the east, the Dom Tower of Utrecht in the west and the vast green areas of the Utrechtse Heuvelrug at a height of 25 meters. If the weather is nice, you can even see the Rhine in the south from this lookout tower. The Doornse Kaap is a hill of about 53 meters. The watchtower is on the highest part of the hill.
