Description
From here you cross by ferry to the other side of the Lek and walk along the water to Groot-Ammers. Then you take the ferry again to cross the lek. Then you walk on the Lekdijk. This dike was strengthened at the beginning of this century, which means that the Krimpenerwaard remains dry even at high tide. Then you walk north to explore Bergambacht.
Please note: The foot ferry at Goort Ammers only has sailing service in the summer.
