Description
From the Diemerbos you can easily drive to Muiden. The old heart of this town is full of beautiful monumental buildings. You will also find the Muiderslot here. This castle was originally built in the thirteenth century and has been restored several times. Via the Naarderbos you drive to the next historical hotspot: Naarden, one of the best preserved fortified towns in Europe. You can easily soak up the historic atmosphere in this cozy town. You will find gems such as the St. Vitus Church, the Town Hall and the Libra Museum. You drive through the Spanderswoud and along the Loosdrechtse Plassen to picturesque towns such as Loenersloot and Baambrugge. You cycle along the banks of the Gein and the Gaasp to House of Bird. Time for a nice meal in a special environment.
