On a raid: a gourmet route through Twente

A lovely terrace route through the beautiful forests around Oldenzaal, east of Hengelo. After a cup of coffee at the cozy Pannenkoekhoes De Stroper, you get on your bike. You will soon pass Hotel Restaurant 't Kruisselt. Here you can also have a drink on the way back. Perhaps you would rather wait until Sprakel eten & drinken, in the heart of Lonneker. There are plenty of addresses on this route! After a beautiful wind through the green countryside, you cycle to Hotel and Restaurant Frans op den Bult, quickly followed by Landgoed Kaamps in Deurningen where you can sit down for coffee and farmer's pastries. From Grand Café Markant on the Groote Markt in Oldenzaal you can take the time to admire the thirteenth-century Sint-Plechelmusbasiliek before cycling back to your starting point.
