Description
This easy walk takes you to the Auhütte. Here you can relax with the whole family and enjoy the sun. The natural paths through the forest are child-friendly. So you can go out here with the whole family so that young and old can enjoy this environment.
On to Wallgau
The starting point of this route is the hiking car park in Gries in Krün. From here you walk over the Isarbrücke to the left. Then follow the forest ranger's road in the direction of the Auhütte until you reach it after about an hour at the height of Wallgau. Here you can relax and unwind. Especially when the sun shows itself, it is a pleasure to enjoy here. On the way you walk through the green valley through which the river Isar flows. Here you can fully enjoy the peaceful nature.
Along the Isar
From Wallgau you walk again along the course of the Isar. Eventually you will arrive at the point where you also started your journey in Krün. From here you can take a detour through Krün after your trip to get to know the village a little better or settle down somewhere for a nice snack and a drink.
