The daily fresh milk from the Weipoort is the most important raw material for our delicious farm ice cream. Ice cream must contain at least 8% milk fat to be called ice cream. Because full fat farmer's milk is not fat enough on its own, we add cream to it. Our sorbet does not contain milk, but is based on fruits and water. Very suitable if you have a milk allergy!
