On the courtyard of the beautiful domain Bovy in Heusden-Zolder you will find bistro Bovy. Fresh regional beers, homemade iced tea, steak with fries, croques, pasta, healthy quiches and salads, omelettes, fresh waffles and pancakes, traditional farm ice creams... In bistro Bovy everyone will find something to their liking! We make all our dishes ourselves. With vegetables, fruit and meat from our own organic garden and farm. What we do not grow or harvest ourselves, we prefer to buy from local partners. At bistro Bovy you opt for a short chain: local production and organic or traditional quality. Domein Bovy is a vast walking park of 34 hectares where you can enjoy the beautiful nature of the Wijers. There are several walking routes. There is also a petting zoo, a beekeeping farm, an off-leash meadow for dogs and a beautiful playground, right next to our bistro. Bistro Bovy is run by De Winning. A socially inclusive company where people who cannot simply find a job on the labor market are given opportunities. Under the brand name KarWij we collect all services and products from De Winning that have to do with food. We grow not only our vegetables, our fruit and our animals, but also special talents of people. That always leaves you wanting more!
