Description
It is beautiful to cycle through nature between Delft and Schiedam. You drive through polders and forests. You will also visit Schipluiden and Maasland, two beautiful old towns.
Maasland
You drive through the Broekpolder, a nature reserve that consists of forests, open spaces and water features. Maasland enjoys a protected village view. Due to the many well-preserved centuries-old houses, time seems to have stood still here.
Museum
Further on you pass through Schipluiden, and soon you will see the Abtswoudse Bos approaching on the horizon. It is wonderfully quiet cycling here. There are some beautiful old buildings on the Schiekade. You can also get off at Museum Oud Overschie.
