Eva and Rita offer a wide variety of delicious homemade ice cream here. Take a seat on the terrace or inside this ice cream parlor and rest your legs for a while while you snack on something delicious. In addition to ice cream, freshly baked pancakes, waffles and more sweet treats are also sold here. You can also enjoy a cup of coffee here. The IJssalon is named after the nature reserve that surrounds it: De Blakheide. In this protected nature reserve you will find forests, heaths and fens. A bird viewing wall has also been constructed so that you can view waterfowl without startling these animals.
