Description

The goose rider route largely passes through Belgian territory, but comes to two places in the Netherlands, namely Ossendrecht and Putte. You can start at Kasteel de Ravenhof in Putte Kapellen or from any junction. The route is signposted in most places and does not always follow the junctions exactly, but this is easy to adjust during the cycle tour.
Eye-catchers are Ravenhof Castle,  the villages of Zandvliet and Berendrecht, the Jewish cemeteries in Putte and the anti-tank ditch between Berendrecht and Oelegem.
At Stabroek you can opt for a variation along the center and in the Dorpsstraat you pass the bronze statue of the Goose Rider.
