Historic Rockanje walking route

This route starts and ends at restaurant De Jongens on the Dorpsplein in Rockanje. Halfway through you will also pass this cozy restaurant. So you can decide for yourself whether you want to enjoy a nice cup of coffee or lunch at restaurant De Jongens at the beginning, at the end or in between. You walk towards the west and enter the wooded area along the beach. This walk is less than ten kilometers long, a perfect short walk to explore the Rockanje area. After walking past the lunchroom, walk towards the east. Then you walk through the polder landscape of Voorne-Putten and you can completely relax. You walk along the Vleerdamsedijk to the end of the route.
