Description
Cycling along the Stompwijkse Vaart you will see many drawbridges and swing bridges. You also pass the Sint-Laurentiuskerk from 1878. Further on you drive through the moist forest of the Leidschendammerhout, along the Vogelplas Starrevaart and along the Vlietland. You can then cycle on low-traffic roads in the polders. Enjoy a nice, carefree breath of fresh air, while you let the peace take effect on you. Further on you can get off at Farm't Geertje for a nice drink and snack. At the Zoetermeerse Plas you then drive through a park-like environment, it is so beautiful here! The Rottemeren is your next stop: get off to enjoy this natural gem.
