Get a breath of fresh air on the Veerse Gatdam

The route starts on the coast of Noord-Beveland. As you relax, you look out over small polders behind the sea wall where you see an unspoilt nature of swamps, grasslands and reed fields. Climb up the dike for a beautiful view over the Oosterschelde. Voted the best beach pavilion in the Netherlands! You continue cycling through the Manteling: one of the few places in Europe where deciduous trees grow so close to the coast. You can admire the characteristic centuries-old church on the Ring in Oostkapelle. On Noord-Beveland you drive through the Schotsman nature reserve and along the Veerse Meer. You cycle to the starting point via the village of Kamperland.
