Nature and culture: Kievitslanden and Harderwijk

You can make beautiful trips from the Flevopolder. This route combines nature and culture and not only leads you along the Kievitslanden, but also through Harderwijk. The route starts at EuroParcs Zuiderzee. A wonderful place to enjoy a holiday, with its own private beach on Lake Veluwe of up to a kilometer long. But you can also just drink a cup of coffee in the Beach Club. From here you cycle to the Kievitslanden, a marshy nature reserve with flowery grasslands. On the other side of the water you pass Harderwijk, a Hanseatic town. The center, which is a protected cityscape, has about a hundred monuments, such as ancient mansions. Get off to explore the old center and enjoy the historic atmosphere and cosiness! You then cycle back along the edge of Elburg.
