From Zutphen to Doetinchem

Between Zutphen and Doetinchem you can enjoy a wonderful day of cycling. You will cycle through a varied landscape and through old towns with sights.

From the Emerpark you cycle through the rural area between Zutphen and Doetinchem. Cycle along meadows and fields, while you can chat with your fellow cyclists. You pass through the villages of Baak and Toldijk, further on you cycle through the damp forests of the Hekenbroek. Many butterflies live in this nature reserve, you might see the Emperor's Mantle fluttering by. In Laag-Keppel you will still find many old buildings.

Wehl
In the old city centre there is hardly any building from before the Second World War to be found. Three allied bombardments destroyed almost all historical buildings. In Hummelo you can view a few monumental buildings, before you drive back to the starting point via Wichmond.
