On the road through the forests of Landgoed De Utrecht

This beautiful walking route takes you through Landgoed De Utrecht with the beautiful lookout tower the Flaestoren and lush forests. From here you can view the vulnerable nature of the fens from a safe distance.

Swimming pool
The forests here south of Tilburg are so beautiful that it is worth spending the night. This route starts at Auberge De Hilver, a beautiful spot with a heated outdoor pool, bar and restaurant. Here you can enjoy a Kempen breakfast buffet, a good basis for a beautiful day of walking. Then you walk into Landgoed De Utrecht, through forests, along vast heathland and beautiful fens such as Goorven and De Flaes. What a varied route!

Inn
At the De Flaes fen there is a beautiful 25-metre high lookout tower. For €1 you get access and can enjoy a breathtaking view over the fen area. The nature here is very special and vulnerable. After the Flaestoren, about halfway along the route, you will find Herberg In den Bockenreyder in the woods. An atmospheric spot for a break. Back at the hotel you can snuggle up by the fireplace in the restaurant.
