Description
Listen to the singing of the nightingale and admire the colors of the bulb fields during a walk on the Kachelduin and through the dune forest of Noordwijk. From the parnassia in a dune valley to the nesting birds, nature comes to life along this forest ranger's trail in spring and summer.
- From the viewpoint on the Kachelduin you look out over the sea, dunes, forest and bulb fields.
- The Houwaarderduin is a drifting place where the sand and the wind have free rein.
- At various places along the route you will come across WWII defenses such as the triple tank wall.
